The Micro and Small Enterprises Authority is a state corporation established under the Micro and Small Enterprises Act, No. 55 of 2012. It is domiciled under the Ministry of Industrialization, Trade and Enterprise Development.  It is charged with the responsibility of promoting, developing and regulating micro and small enterprises in Kenya.
